Cannabis
You've come to the right place to find professionals specifically trained in the use of homeopathy, plant-based medicines, and other healing modalities.
Team members have varying levels of experience and specializations and were specifically invited to serve the homesteading community.
We believe the following topics are particularly relevant to the homesteading community so we plan to provide training on each topic, but not to worry if the community is interested in topics we haven't mentioned you can let us know and we'll adjust the plan. Also, it probably goes without saying, but if there are new health topics that arise we will adjust the plan to address new issues.
You've probably heard in real estate that location matters: location, location, location. Well in Cannabis, quality of the product cannot be overstated: quality, quality, quality. Cannabis is a plant based medicine. The plant strain (i.e., the variety) and the processing method have a significant impact on the medicine. Plants that were sprayed or near pesticides are contaminated with the pesticide. Petrochemicals can also contaminate the plants, which then contaiminates the medicine. When considering a cannabis product PLEASE check that third party lab testing has verified the purity of the medicine and the strength of the medicine (confirming that the label is correct). Lab testing is reported in a COA, Certificate of an Analysis. The high quality brands conduct regular testing and always make their COAs available to the public.

We LOVE Dr. Wendt's whole pet approach to reduce pain and optimize health. She combines Chinese Therapeutic Massage with acupuncture, physical rehabilitation, and Chinese food therapy. She uses Eastern and Western herbology, functional medicine mushrooms, adaptogens, essential oils, crystals, and cannabis medicine to bring comfort and healing to all small animals. She also helps with end of life transitions.
You can reach Dr. Wendt on this platform as well as her own Website (CrystalLotus.com).
Once again... you've come to the right place. Dr. Hazzah, aside from being a cofounder of the Cannabis Veterinary Society, just happens to be a total research nerd. She loves reading about and contributing to the ever increasing pool of research about the use of Cannabis.
Did we mention you've come to the right place? The legality of Cannabis use varies by state (in the United States) and whether the application is for humans or pets. Check out the map to learn about the use of Cannabis in your state. Our providers only work with patients where the law allows.
If you're into some of the nerdy details, here's an update on adoption metrics (to what extent is Cannabis used). On the softer side, you'll notice that cannabis usage is on the rise:
